I grew up in a house full of art and photography, with a camera in my hands, taking snapshots. I never considered photography the expression of my art.
I was lucky to have some great teachers – Viggo Holm Madsen and Charles Seide were strong influences. My view of sensuous lines comes from the drawing & painting lessons with Charlie as a teenager. He convinced my parents art school should be in my future. I went to Tyler, the Art School of Temple University, took sculpture classes with Alfred Van Loen, went to the Art Students League, and later learned computer graphics at Molloy College and SUNY Farmingdale – Photoshop, Illustrator & Quark.
The art I create now, my photography, combines my artistic and computer skills. I love what I’m doing now - showing you my view of the world.
